Everything on this planet is made of energy, in fact nothing would be here without it and science has proved this many times over.
Each Crystal has its own energy which vibrates at a particular rate, just like sound or light does.
I will use the knowledge and experience gained over the years, combined with my intuition, to channel this natural energy, directing it towards any "hotspots" found in your body or aura, gradually healing any ailments or emotional issues you have and helping bring you to a sense of peace and wellness within.
What to expect during a Treatment...
First time recipients of any healing from me, need to complete a half hour consultation so that I am aware of any contra indications or specific areas needing any attention.
This helps me to be aware of anything you want or need to work on particularly and will help along the healing process for you.

I will then help you onto the couch and make you comfortable on your front (if possible) assisting you to relax with light meditation or other relaxation techniques) before the treatment begins properly.
Crystals will then be placed on and around your body, on the floor and within your energy field, but mainly over major chakra points.

I use various methods, gained over years of experience, to direct the energy within the crystal towards your body or within your aura, thus bringing back your bodies natural balance.
Crystal healings can also be given if you are sat in a chair, you don't necessarily have to lie down on a couch.
All that really matters is that you are comfortable.
Other aspects of Crystal therapy which may be included;
- Coloured cloths laid over your body or a part of it
- Essential oils may be used in the room
- Hands-on healing
- Crystal essences and / or Crystal Elixirs
to be taken in between treatments
I may also give you crystals to take home with instructions on how to use them. I do this when I feel you need extra help between sessions.
You may also be asked to complete a dream diary as your dreams will tell me invaluable information about your problems and how your healing is going.
